 | Star of the Week Awarded in SL1 Monday, May 2nd, 2033 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Sub League 1, but last week Robert Martin of the Colorado Springs Gangsters reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Martin rocked opposing pitching for a .556 average (10-for-18), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Martin is batting .348 this season in 19 games with 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. He has 24 hits in 69 at-bats. |   |
