 | Jackson Week's Top Player Monday, July 25th, 2033 So far in his young career, Jesse Jackson has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Sub League 2 in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 20-year-old Millers Creek Bobcats third baseman hit at a torrid .464 clip as he collected 13 hits in 28 at-bats, no home runs, 5 RBIs and 2 runs scored. This year Jackson has socked 121 hits in 414 at-bats for a .292 average with 1 home run. He is getting on base at a .329 pace and his totals also include 39 RBIs and 35 runs scored. |   |
