 | SL2 Starter of the Month Goes to Fleming Tuesday, August 1st, 2034 There's something about a young rookie winning the Sub League 2 Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Don Fleming, a 23-year-old starter for the Missoula Moose Drool. In July, he topped off the month with a 4-1 mark and 1.64 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 44 innings, fanned 16 and held opposing teams to a .203 average. To date this season, Fleming has registered 10 starts, 6-2 won-lost mark, 2.12 ERA, 89 IP, 44 strikeouts and 50 walks. Opposing teams have hit .211 against him. |   |
