The Sub League 2 announced today that Ánibal Calderón has been chosen the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for 2034. The Missoula starter had everything working for him this past season as he soared to a 15-6 record.

In his exceptional season Calderón chalked up a 2.51 ERA in 158 innings with 155 strikeouts and 53 walks. Enemy teams hit .158 against him in his 24 starts.

He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Roberto Aguilar of the Missoula Moose Drool finished second in voting, while Pancho González of the Millers Creek Bobcats finished third.
