 | Serrano Red-Hot, SL1 Player of the Week Monday, July 24th, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Sub League 1, but last week Rafael Serrano of the Orlando Samurai reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Serrano rocked opposing pitching for a .591 average (13-for-22), no home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. Serrano is batting at a .296 pace this season, picking up 32 hits in 108 at-bats with no home runs, 14 RBIs and 22 runs scored. |   |
