 | McDonald Belts 5 Hits Monday, May 15th, 2034 Robert McDonald was sizzling at the plate today. In a game played at Ballpark of Ithaca, the Las Vegas second baseman blistered the Ithaca Ice Cubes for 5 hits in 5 at-bats to pace his club to a 7-1 victory. "McDonald was too tough to get out today," Ice Cubes skipper Jerry Fomby said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Robert McDonald hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 9th.
