"When he's on, he's tough to hit," said Orchard Hills manager Nate Ruhl after the game. "He's just a bulldog out there." The 21-year-old Blackened Voodoo left-hander registered 11 strikeouts and allowed no walks and 6 hits. In 12 starts this season Mendoza has chalked up a 8-2 record and a 1.77 ERA. |   |
