 | SL2 Selects Rookie Star of the Month Friday, September 1st, 2034 Youngster Mark Simard emerged as the latest Sub League 2 Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Ageo deserved the honor, batting .170 with no home runs and 5 RBI. Is the month of August a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Simard enjoy the limelight. For the season Simard is hitting .199, batted in 18 runs with no home runs and 15 runs scored. |   |
