Season Ends for Tsuyoshi Yoshida of Seattle
Sunday, September 25th, 2033
The season is finished for Tsuyoshi Yoshida of the Seattle Pilots. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Pilots left fielder suffered a fractured thumb while being hit by a pitch in a recent game against the Rochester Redbirds. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 weeks to heal.

This year Yoshida is batting .389 with 11 home runs and 71 RBIs. In 156 games he has scored 131 times.
