The team tonight eliminated the Houston Bayou Rats with a 3-2 win, to capture the League Championship Series 4-2. "We're rolling now," said Chris Love, who was named series MVP. "The pitchers are pitching, hitters are hitting, look out. I expect us to pick our game up to another level in the Federal Series." The standout offensive performance from Love included a .444 batting average, .483 on-base percentage, 1 home runs, 10 RBI and 1 runs scored. The Cleveland Spiders don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Oakland Oaks - St. Louis Perfectos series. That series is tied at 3 games apiece.
