| Superbas Bridle Redbirds, 3-1 | In a well-pitched game between the Brooklyn Superbas and the Rochester Redbirds, pitcher Cory Bush was superb. The Brooklyn right-hander was named the player of the game in Brooklyn's 3-1 win. Bush picked up the win for Brooklyn, going 6.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 7-8. The win puts the Superbas at 42-54, while the Redbirds drop to 54-40.
