The Houston Bayou Rats defeated the Rochester Redbirds, 11-8, at The Rats' Nest today. Leading the charge for Houston was third baseman Diego Reyes. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. Houston reliever Ward Velásquez picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. John Elmore took the loss. The Bayou Rats bumped their record to 52-46 with this latest triumph.
