| Stars Turn Back Seattle, 4-3 | Hollywood right fielder Bill Wemp made his presence felt in the 4-3 Stars triumph over the Seattle Pilots. Wemp was 2 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Hollywood reliever Juan Díaz picked up the win, bumping his record to 2-4. Armando Castillo was collared with the loss.
