| Quakers Prevail, 6-4, Over Hollywood | Philadelphia starter Diego Rodríguez had a strong outing against the Hollywood Stars at Myers Field. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-4 win. Jesse Boone was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 25 of 35 save opportunities. The Quakers bumped their record to 65-53 with this latest triumph.
Jesús Huerta, who is tied for 6th in the GL in doubles with 34, chipped in for Philadelphia with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the first. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.
