| Stars Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win | Shinji Ohayashi was instrumental in his team's 9-7 triumph over the Rochester Redbirds. The right fielder went 2-4 with 2 singles and 3 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Hollywood Stars. Hollywood reliever Ángel Deleón picked up the win, upping his record to 6-3. Jon Harris was saddled with the loss. Carlos López got the save, his 1st in 2 chances.
Ohayashi had a game-changing single in the top of the 12th. On a first pitch changeup from Jon Harris, he banged a 2-run single to right, giving the Stars a 9-7 lead. It was the 47th hit of the year for Ohayashi.
