Philadelphia starter Robert Rogers pitched effectively against the Houston Bayou Rats at Myers Field. The right-hander led his team to a 3-0 win. Jesse Boone notched his 30th save in 40 chances. The Quakers bumped their record to 74-58 with this latest triumph.
