| Ewing Lays Hammer Down in 6-0 Win | The Cleveland Spiders racked up a win at Myers Field, bumping off the Philadelphia Quakers, 6-0. Brian Ewing, who started for Cleveland, pitched effectively for his team. Cleveland is now 86-61, 4˝ games up in the Division 1.
