Rochester's Martín Guijosa put the wraps on a fine campaign today by winning the 2034 Robinson League Most Valuable Player Award.

The 28-year-old veteran scorched the opposition with a .370 average, picking up 247 hits, 58 doubles, 12 triples, 11 home runs and 81 RBIs, while scoring 126 runs.

He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. John Dean of the Seattle Pilots finished second in voting, while Tom MacMenzies of the Hollywood Stars finished third.
