| X Giants Lose to Pilots, 8-5 | John Dean left his imprint on the 8-5 Seattle win against the Miami X Giants. Dean, who is tied for 2nd in the RL with a .576 slugging percentage, went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Dong-ook Pak got the save, his 1st in 1 chances. The Pilots now have a record of 59-59.
The Pilots got a big at-bat from first baseman Shane McDaniel. For the game, McDaniel went 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. In the top of the seventh, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Seattle a 6-5 lead.
