| Ramírez Stars for Bayou Rats in 7-4 Win | The Houston Bayou Rats defeated the Miami X Giants, 7-4, at Elian Gonzalez Field today. Leading the charge for Houston was left fielder Alfonso Ramírez. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The winner was Emílio Guerra, who threw 96 pitches over 5 innings. The right-hander was charged with 2 runs on 7 hits. The Bayou Rats bumped their record to 80-69 with this latest triumph.
