Miami got a strong outing from Albert Leal as the X Giants defeated the Hollywood Stars, 3-2, at Elian Gonzalez Field. Leal picked up the win for Miami, going 5.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 1 hits. He now sports a record of 3-7. Harold Borghini was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 3 save opportunities.
Marcos Uribe, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2029 draft, aided the Miami cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the first. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 3.
