The Miami X Giants and St. Louis Perfectos put on quite a show at Juliet Gunn Field.

Miami left fielder José Echevarría made his presence felt in the 10-4 X Giants triumph over the St. Louis Perfectos. Echevarría went 2-4 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times. Miami reliever António Ortega was the winner. His record is now 3-1. The losing pitcher was Alfredo Ángel.

Marcos Uribe, who is tied for 7th in the GL in triples with 3, aided the Miami cause with a 2-run single in the top of the tenth. For the game, the center fielder went 2 for 5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We came out aggressive," said X Giants manager Christian Tregillis. "We came out swinging the bats."

Miami is now 52-63, St. Louis 60-57.
